The bedroom available is unfurnished, although all essential house appliances are available for common use with more furniture to come. Will have access to own bathroom and a separate living room (currently unfurnished) to binge your favourite series, or you may use the garage for a quick gym fix with a commercial half rack set-up.
The house is a short walk away from the esplanade and beaches between Moana and Port Noarlunga. The McLaren Vale wine region is also at your fingertips if you're into your wine. Or, if the CBD is more your thing for work or leisure, it is a 15minute walk to the Seaford train station to access public transport, otherwise there is easy access to the city via the Sothern Expressway.

4. Preferably single - asking rent reflects the price for a single applicant, couples may be considered for added rent

About the flatmates
I am a 29yro male, permanently employed and have no kids. My partner often comes around with her Australian Shepherd, hence the dog bed in the living room.
With previous experience renting with mates, and living in shared houses for the majority of my life (with both males and females), I know what it takes to share a home.
Outside of work I enjoy being active, often running along the esplanade or going to the gym. I don't mind socialising over a few beers at any pub, any time, anywhere either.
