This house is located in Rosewater, it is a 3 minute walk to the Alberton train station if you commute into the city. A couple minutes drive to Semaphore beach, West Lakes Shopping Centre, St Clair and about 15 mins to the city driving. Very convenient location. Does have a dog door for a small to medium dog but will need to discuss first.

I am a 36 year old school teacher, I do get up early and go to bed early. Usually up at 5 am some days to exercise before work. I don't go out much and usually stay home. I am pretty quiet and easy going. Love watching basketball and footy, exercising, going to the beach.
