About the property
Our share house is located in St Clair in a great location! Walking distance from Coles and other shops.
It is 2 story - downstairs is the main open plan living area with kitchen, lounge, tv, dining table etc. We also have a little coffee station with a Nespresso pod machine that we all share 🫶🏼 as well as all other kitchen appliances
Just off the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine + dryer and also a small second bathroom.
We have a small outside area with an outdoor dining table and a clothes line
All bedrooms are located upstairs with the room advertised being the first one on the left! Furniture in photos, including the mattress is available to be used but can also be removed if needed.
Upstairs there is also a full bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet, sink and storage behind the mirrors.
The main bedroom has an ensuite, therefore this bathroom would only be shared by you and Ryan.
Upstairs there is also a small balcony!
We like to keep things tidy and are all very respectful of the shared space.

Hello !
I am Jayde, 27 years old and work Full Time in Retail Management. I am the type of girl who likes to live a well balanced lifestyle. I love going to Pilates but also love a wine or 3 over a cheese board. I am easy going, very clean and will also bake banana bread and other sweet treats for the house from time to time. I work Sunday - Thursdays and have Friday + Saturday’s off
I live in the main bedroom with my boyfriend Saša (pronounced Sasha!) he is also the home owner!! 🏡
Saša is also 27 years old. He works full time as an electrician. Sash is super friendly and enjoys playing soccer as well as having a wine or 3 over a cheese board. Sash is a great cook and loves making a meal for his friends. Get on his good side and you could have the pleasure of trying his delicious nachos!
Sash works Monday - Friday and has the weekends off
We all pay rent to Sash as well 🫶🏼
Ryan is also 27 years old and has been living in the house for 2 years now. He works full time as a Procurement Specialist (don’t worry you’re probably not the only one googling what that is). Sash and Ryan went to school together and we are now all friends. Ryan is very laid back and easy to live with! He also plays soccer and enjoys his down time with friends. Loves his wine too!
Ryan also works Monday to Friday and has the weekends off
