• If you want internet included, please add $5 per week.
• If you want all bills included, please add $30 per week (covers gas, electricity, and water). If you use a heater, the cost will be based on actual usage.
Base Price:
• $185 per week
• No bond required
• Two weeks' rent in advance, plus the current week's rent
• Minimum stay: 6 months

Location:
• Near a bus stop
• 10-minute walk to Parafield Gardens railway station (20-25 minutes to the city)
• 5-minute walk to an Asian grocery store
• 10-minute walk to Aldi

Other Details:
• Pets are not allowed
• The house is fully furnished, including refrigerators, etc. Just move in!
