About the property
Hi Friends,
We have one room available in our sharehouse in Salisbury North.
The available room has a built-in wardrobe, and a lot of natural sunlight. It will be able to fit a king single and a desk, or a larger bed with other smaller furniture.
The room is $545 a fortnight including utilities (gas, electricity, water and unlimited high-speed internet). We share necessities such as cleaning products, toilet paper, dishwasher pods and bin bags and take turns buying them. I also occasionally does “house dinners” where I’ll cook for everyone, we also sometimes have communal groceries such as bread and milk since they spoil quickly, but it is up to you whether or not you’d like to participate in this.
About the house:
Downstairs, we have a pretty spacious living area with a dishwasher in the kitchen. We have a recliner, couch and TV, which you are more than welcome to use to watch TV or plug a console in.
We have one spare uncovered but secure parking space.
We are a smoker friendly household, we only smoke outside, whatever kind of cigarette that might be.
We have two adorable cats currently, and we are open to the possibility of welcoming other cats and small animals.
The local area:
Public transport is very accessible with Salisbury Railway Station a 15 minute walk away, and much closer bus lines.
There is a big selection of major and minor shops within a 20min walk.
There is a local pool, gym, nature walks/bike rides, and public tennis courts nearby! We are spoilt for choice.
About us:
We pride ourselves on being an understanding and friendly bunch, and we’re an all trans/LGBT household. We keep to ourselves mostly, but when we chat we can be quite social, so we’re looking for a housemate that shares a similar fun and laid back vibe. We are all gamers and love music. Two of us are metal artists and so we do need to practice our vocals for hour or so each week, but we always let the others know beforehand.
We are open to couples (one must be on the lease) and singles.
We’re a kink positive household, and we’re all friends here so we like to keep things respectful but shame-free.

About the flatmates
There's three of us in the home currently, with one of members saying their farewells soon, we're a friendly neurodivergent bunch, an all female household (cis, trans and NB femme), with two adorable cats. We do mingle with each other and can be quite social at times so we are looking for housemate with similar vibes. All of us are disabled, so please keep that in mind and understand that the house can get pretty messy at times but we do our best to keep a baseline upheld. We are a 420 friendly smoker household, all we ask is that cigarettes (of any kind) be smoked outside, we have a pretty cosy set up in the front and back of the house.
