About the flatmates
Seeking a 3rd house mate to share a modern 3 bedroom house in Seaford Heights. The room is currently furnished but you're welcome to bring your own furniture.
Other house mates are two males (30s and 40s) - 1 is a PhD student who runs a small business part time. The other works full time as a retail manager. We're seeking a quiet student or employed person who isn't a party animal as both require decent sleep at night.
The location of the house is convenient, with an Aldi supermarket and a bus stop 2 minutes walk away on Robinson Road. The Seaford train station and Seaford Central Shopping Centre is a 15-minute walk away or 5 minute drive.
Shared main bathroom and toilet with 1 other - 1 uses ensuite in front bedroom. On-street parking available. House has aircon in the main living area. Shared fridge and plenty of pantry space available.
3 month sublet with a view to an ongoing month to month agreement. Rent is $240 per week and Bond $480. Rent includes all utilities (gas, water and electricity), garden upkeep and access to the NBN network (FTTP Unlimited 500/50). You will have to provide an application for property manager's approval.
