I'm looking for a lovely and easy going person to move into my rental with me from 30 March for a new 12 month lease (possibility of earlier). You'll need to be approved by the agent and landlord and will require 4 weeks bond 😊

I'm looking for someone relaxed and easy going with a good sense of humour! Someone respectful and considerate. I love a calm and friendly home and warm environment 😊

The house is in Seaview Downs in an amazing spot! Rent will be $312.50/week each ($625/fortnight). Electricity, gas, water, and internet are extra and halved.

You'll have your own living area with views of the ocean plus a large bedroom. Large shared bathroom. There's a small grassed and fenced front yard however the backyard is just a large deck. You'll need your own fridge and loungeroom furniture. If you have a washing machine that would be swell, otherwise I'll get one.

The landlord and real estate agents are amazing and super nice! The neighbours on all sides are absolutely lovely and the area is fantastic. There's a park at the end of the street too! The deck has amazing views of the ocean, and the ability to see the Brighton, Glenelg, Semaphore and city new years fireworks all at once! 5 mins to Marion, Seacliff beach and FMC.

* Please note, most of the photos are real estate ones so none of that furniture is here. The deck just has my egg chair on it and the rest is empty so any outdoor furniture is welcome!
