About the space: Located in Semaphore, only 1 km from the beach and 7min to Westlakes Westfield, this new townhouse is fully furnished (minus room for rent) with all new appliances, AC, dishwasher, etc. The unfurnished room is a huge 3 x 4m with a floor to ceiling built in robe and huge window! You’d have a full bathroom to yourself. Plenty of street parking available.
About us: We’re both business owners, I work part time, largely remote from our office. My husband, Bas, is a gas specialist / plumber with his own business and working full time. We love our down time and really pride ourselves of living in a very clean and peaceful household. When we’re not working, we’re often at the beach, gym or out for dinner with a glass or red or spicy marg.
We’re hoping for someone with a compatible quiet lifestyle and routine. We’re looking for a female within a similar age bracket. Unfortunately not suited to another WFH, couples or pets.
We’re not a party house or accepting of drugs/ smoking /excessive drinking.
