Rent covers two adjacent rooms at the rear of the house:

Bedroom + flexible second room (office / spare / hobby room)
Both include built-in robes/drawers and evaporative cooling.

You’ll have primary use of the bathroom and toilet.

The living room is a shared multi-purpose space (lounging, dining/entertaining), and during weekdays it doubles as my work area. I’m often on online calls Monday–Friday, so I just ask for reasonable noise levels during business hours.

Outside, there’s a modest backyard with a nice patch of grass and an undercover entertaining area. Parking is available via street parking or the secondary driveway.

Location-wise, it’s about a 5-minute drive to the Southern Expressway and roughly 30 minutes to the CBD.

No couples, children or smokers.

Pets negotiable (I have a cat, so it depends on the pet and overall fit).

Shortlisted applicants will meet with me and the owner before anything is final.

This would suit someone around a similar age who wants a relaxed, respectful home. I’m especially keen to create a balanced household vibe, but I’m open to the right person.
