-The Location-

The property’s location is in the leafy eastern suburb of Stonyfell. This location has the best of both worlds, city & country life. This is one of the most desirable suburbs to be in Adelaide, because of the closest to the CBD, the amazing views of the city, think of Victoria Peak or the local Mt Lofty, but this property is much closer to the city and its quite stunning watching the city lights at night. It is a 5 mins drive to shopping precincts of Norwood Parade and Burnside Village, and it takes less than 9 mins by car to drive to the Adelaide CBD. The property in on the eastern foothills of Adelaide, and you can see some amazing sunsets. It's very close to nature parks & hiking trails. If you like exploring, you can see animals such as kangaroos and koalas in the wild and sometimes even on the street.

It’s within 90 meters of public transportation (look at the first photo you can see the bus). The bus line is the H22, it takes around 18 mins to the city (direct and regular access), plus this bus goes direct to Henley Beach. To ride to the city (push bike), it takes around 30mins. Around 600 meters away is the ‘Wattle Park Shopping Centre’, which has a famous bakery, European pizza bar, pharmacy, fruit & veg, hairdresser, butcher, seafood & chicken shop & supermarket. The University of South Australia Magill Campus takes around 4 mins to drive or 6 mins via push bike. In terms of the Universities in the city (University of Adelaide, Flinders University, Unisa City Campus). This property has easy access to the CBD, it’s close to all amenities, as well as wineries such as the Penfolds Magill Estate.

-The Property-

This is a 100% self-sufficient eco-friendly house; we have large solar power system with a Tesla battery. In the daytime the solar power is running the house and in the night the battery is running the house, so we are not using anything from the grid.

The property has large and luxurious colonial style house. It feels very homely and there is plenty of space. The kitchen is huge and has induction cooking & induction fans. They are modern appliances throughout the house and the rooms, it also has a large walk-in pantry to store all your foods. They also common areas such as dining/lounge room & balcony. Plus, a laundry room with wash basin, iron, washing machine, etc.

The street is very wide, and they are plenty of street parking. The backyard is huge with plenty of space to relax.

-The Bedroom-

It’s a large bedroom with soft carpet which includes luxurious furniture such as a bookcase, massive wardrobe, drawer, desk, chair, wardrobe, bedside table, queen bed, mirror, smart summer/winter fan, etc.

This room has lots of windows and a lot of natural light throughout the day and very nice views of the Adelaide CBD.

-Technology/Internet-

The place is advance in terms of the technology. In the common areas you can control the music and lighting using voice commands as well as finding out the weather, news and other things from Google Home. The house has insanely quick internet, so if you like downloading & steaming Netflix/ YouTube, you will love the internet plus you get unlimited data, this property has Wi-Fi in all the rooms.
