I have 2 rooms for rent for 2 females. The location is in Thebarton
It is a brand new home.
Both rooms are king sized and includes a built in wardrobe with a mirror, and its own inbuilt desk and new chair with ceiling fan and your own air conditioning control.
As from the picture it is walking distance to the Thebarton and Bonythen tram line, so you don't need a car into the city or china town.
The lease is for upto 8 months, which be extended upto 12 months with 4 weeks rent as deposit.
I am happy to help with moving as I have a large car.
I also have a small dog, you have to love dogs.
Happy to help with transport needs including weekly shopping.
Weekly rent is only $320 including electricity and internet (internet will be connected after 16th Feb 26). As it is a new home all appliances are brand new.
