This is a great little unit, it's in a convenient location with easy public transport and a shops/cafes within walking distance. There's a nice park a short walk away, as well as tennis courts nearby.
The available room is furnished with a double bed, drawers under the bed and a wardrobe with shelving and hanging space. Linen and towels also available.
House comes with shared bathroom (separate shower and bathtub); laundry and a small private courtyard with a clothes line; kitchen stocked with many appliances; Aircon in lounge and kitchen/dining, ceiling fans in bedrooms.
I'll be subletting the room short term, but if we are a good fit and both agree to living together long term I'm happy to consider this!

Hi, I'm Megan!
I moved into this unit late last year and have been loving it so far. You'd be sharing this space with me and my cat, Winnie. She can be shy so will likely be hiding in my room if I'm not home, but may be persuaded to be your friend with food. (Please note, this is a 1 cat household!)
I am a social worker so I like my home to be a place to relax and recharge, but also love to chat and hang out. I'm a bit of a stereotypical 30yo woman - I love board games, craft (crochet), reading, cooking, light-hearted TV/movies, and my cat. I'm not really a fan of partying/clubbing and I'm not a big drinker, but I'll share a glass on occasion or at events. I also like to be social (be it going out with friends or hosting a games night/dinner party). I'm looking for someone who is easy going and can fit a chill vibe.
