Welcome to West Lakes - a 2022 Metricon build in the new west development walking distance to the lake for walks/swims, library, football oval, multiple gyms and the shopping centre for all your shopping needs. Only 20 mins from CBD. 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 carport property.

The property comes fully furnished in common areas, so all you need to do is bring a bed, side tables and whatever else you would like in your room - the room is plenty big enough for a study deck etc. You will be sharing the main bathroom and separate toilet with Chloe (24 year old female).

All rooms have wardrobes that contain shelves/draws and hanging space. Fans and LED downlights in all bedrooms with power points. We have just had the 2nd storey lined with new high end carpet. The current roomes are a Megan and her partner in the master (26 & 27 years old and Chloe (23 year old female) in the other room.

Upstairs contains three bedrooms, study desk, full size bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. (bathroom is shared between the two roomies Chloe and yourself). There is also a toilet and basin downstairs.

Downstairs contains open plan living, toilet and full laundry with outside space. Heaps of additional storage opposite kitchen with a coffee nook (we will be taking coffee machine but happy for it to be replaced by a roomie).

All common areas are fully furnished, but bedrooms are unfurnished so bring a bed, side cupboard and you're good to go!

Plenty of off street parking. Surrounded by newly build homes with the west development being the place to be!

Rent is $300 per week, with all bills included. These bills are power, water, gas and internet (unlimited). Rent to be paid via cash with receipt given in exchange (same as other roomie properties we have). We will pop around fortnightly to say g'day. We both have other roomie properties and are much more like friends than landlords! You will be added to the Facebook roomies chat :)
