The house has 3 generous bedrooms and the one available for rent is pictured and circled. There will only be 2 long-term residents (you and myself) and my partner will stay with us occasionally as she works interstate. It will be a home with lots of space and peace & quite.
The house is furnished with all the necessities, dining, kitchen, laundry appliances, etc. There's super fast NBN internet.

This is my 3 bedroom, 2 carspace, 2 toilet home in Woodville South, so there’s plenty of space and I’d love to share it with one other housemate at a similar stage of life and with similar vibes. I'm a busy, active, tidy and health conscious person. I value peace and quite but also up for friendly chats and hanging out.
I'm from Melbourne, but have lived/studied/worked in quite a few cities around Aus and overseas! My partner lives interstate and will visit and stay with us from time to time.
