Hi, I’m Erin!
I’m looking for a housemate to join myself, my partner and my cavoodle dog in my Woodville West home. The house is only 6 months old - so it is nice and new!
The room comes with your own private bathroom and built in wardrobe. The house has 2 furnished living areas so you can have your own private lounge area.
The room is currently unfurnished but I’d be happy to consider furnishing the room for the right housemate. A short term house mate would be ideal!
The house is in a great location - very close to the West Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre and less than a 10 minute drive to Grange beach. Approximately a 350m walk to the Albert Park train station if you utilise public transport.
Rent includes all bills (WIFI, electricity, gas & water)
My dog - Rory is very low maintenance but does love some extra attention and being nearby so someone who enjoys dogs is a must!
I work as an Occupational Therapist and do complete admin work from home regularly in the home study - so would need someone that is happy to keep this in mind during the day.

About the flatmates
I love being active - taking Rory for walks, going for a run and visiting the gym.
My partner is an architect. He is often out at sport but does stay over frequently.
