Our home is a 5 min walk to town, 5 min drive to Tosha Falls, 5 min drive to Gap road look out, 15 min drive to Ballina, 20 min to Lismore.
The room is light and the yard is big. We have a gas stove and internet is included. We have a bath and in the winter we have a fire-pit. No smoking here- we are quiet and healthy. Looking for a working person.
There is plenty of space to park on our street (or park in our driveway if needed). We can't wait to meet the right person!

About the flatmates
We have a room available,
Our family home is light and airy. The room available is a large space with its' own entrance. The room is a converted garage space that is lined and insulated.
We are looking for a calm and healthy person so join us. I am hoping you are interested in vegetable gardens as there are lots of fruit trees and vegetable gardens.
We also have a small loving non-shedding companion Cobberdog that loves company and cuddles!
If couples are applying the price will be adapted.
