I’m a professional female. There’re 2 Bath rooms in the house, I use the ensuite mainly, you almost have the 2nd bathroom to yourself. Big back yard, clean house with spacious living area and separate dining area. If you smoke, you can do so at the quiet yard.
Close to bus stops, shops and all amenities.
I have a very gentle and quiet cat btw.
