About the flatmates
I am breaking lease from this property as moved in with my partner. It is shared with a male, Josh 28 and his cat who is shy and keeps to herself and his room mostly. He works during the weekdays and social and laid back but also values his alone time and keeps to himself too. You would be added on as a sublet and not on the full lease ideally meaning he is full responsibility of bond and any tenancy fees.
