Neat and tidy house with great backyard for having friends over. Quiet neighbourhood in a cul de sac. Close to great cafes and shops. City is a 20-25 min drive or train ride. Yeerongpilly Green is a 10 minute drive away. I have two dogs, a Corgi and a Doberman so must be okay with sharing space with dogs. They are mostly outside pets but come in when it’s raining. Internet is included. It’s a 5 minute walk to the bus stop or 15 minute walk to Salisbury train station or 5 min drive to Rocklea train station. Off street and undercover parking if needed.

About the flatmates
It’s just myself and my 2 dogs in the house. They are mostly outside pets but do occasionally come in for short periods so must be okay sharing space with dogs. I work full time, between 2-3 days from home and the rest in the office. I’m friendly and enjoy socialising but also like keeping to myself and enjoying my own space. I like to cook, play board games, binge old TV shows, read and play chess. I love a drink on the weekends and a wine during the week every now and then. Usually I will be at the gym after work. I’m quite a neat freak so need someone who is also on top of cleanliness around the house but if you are tidy we will get along perfectly. I have a big fire pit with fairy lights in the backyard and am happy for you to have friends around for dinners or drinks on the weekends or for quiet nights during the week.
