About the property
Lovely big Queenslander in a cul-de-sac full of families, nice and chilly in winter, two balconies, a common study area, renovated kitchen, driveway with space for 2 cars (currently have 2 cars but no spots are reserved and there is street parking for a 3rd car). You would be sharing the main bathroom with Nicole. The common areas have big windows with lots of natural light so it's great for someone who has a lot of plants to bring with them 🌱✨️
House all one level apart from downstairs laundry and under house storage area. Stairs leading up to main level at front and back of house.
House has a yard and an outdoor seating area with a little firepit, which is convenient for any bigger occasional gatherings. We also get a lot of wildlife visiting, as we live near a lot of trees and greenery and a couple of big parks and a walking/cycling path.
Aircon and fans in living room !
Room 1 (pictured unfurnished, comes unfurnished) fits well with a queen bed, has a ceiling fan, a window onto the driveway, and built in wardrobes.
Room is not furnished (except for maybe a queen bed frame if you need one?) and we have a variety of communal items already set up- but there is still space for some things.
We will require you to be on the 12 month lease, beginning/ending in March.

About the flatmates
We are Bela (26 They/She) and Callum (28 He/Him) and Nicole (26 She/Her) 👋We are looking for someone to move into this lovely spot in Ashgrove for the year.
We all work in various parts of media, arts and health, and would appreciate someone who can compliment this! We are all quite social, so we are interested in living with people we could become good friends with, can enjoy watching and discussing movies and tv together, playing video/board games (we have a housemate DnD game going), sharing some meals or just hanging out! 😊
Bella and Callum are a couple, and occupy the master bedroom, as well as a spare room. Bella works full time as an optical dispenser and marketing assistant, but graduated from a bachelor in entertainment management and music, and is looking for more creative work this year. Callum works in Film&TV, freelance and media training, but has regular hours from around 2pm-9pm most weekdays.
Nicole is a dental assistant and works part time at a local dental practice. She enjoys reading, live music, watching classic detective tv dramas, and the occassional reality tv binge 🤘
On the weekends we are likely sleeping in, watching tv/movies together, going on walks, going to parties/social events, going to gigs, going out for a dancey dance or a karaoke or maybe a meal at Netherworld, OR Bella most likely is staying up late to catch an F1 race. Occasionally we will host parties for birthdays and other events [we LOVE Halloween].
We are also neurodivergent and queer (chatty, fruity, nerdy greens voters) 🥰 so we would appreciate people who are similar or who understand this ☺️ Ideally we are also looking for people of a similar age and life stage; so working and/or studying around 25yr to 30yr.
