Hey everyone, my roommate and I are looking for someone to fill our unfurnished spare bedroom here in Ashgrove, North Brisbane! This spacious flat is fully furnished and ready for you to move in, and we're very close to a shopping complex, parks, and a bus stop for easy access to the city. My roommate and I are laid back, easy to talk to people who enjoy tennis, movies, going out and exploring all Brisbane has to offer in our free time.
No couples, pets or children. Room dimensions are: 3.1m (L) x 2.8m (W) X 2.4m (H). Rent is paid weekly, internet monthly, and utilities quarterly. For car owners, there is plentiful off-street parking available in nearby Eagar Street. Your room also has adhesive privacy screens on the windows for your peace-of-mind.

About the flatmates
Hey everyone, we are Sam and Matthew, your new roommates!
Matthew is a policy officer in Queensland's Department of Water. When I'm not working I love to get out and explore new places, hike, go to the gym and play tennis, catchup with and meet new friends, and enjoy everything Brisbane has to offer.
Sam is a retail worker in Chemist Warehouse's Queen Street/Brisbane CBD store. In my spare time I am an avid video gamer, tennis player and rock climber, enjoy going to local bars and cinemas with friends, and also like trying new things in and around Brisbane.
We're both super friendly and always on the lookout for new things to try, places to go, and people to do things with (especially things we haven't yet done!). We look forward to getting to know you while you make Ashgrove your new home :)
