Here are a few facts about our place 😊

- Located in Ashgrove within walking distance of cafes, Coles/Woolies/Aldi, public transport and Goodlife gym.
- 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 garage space (taken by me, but there is plenty of street parking and the visitor carpark is always empty).
- Ground floor unit with a courtyard off of the living area and your bedroom.
- Quiet street with little traffic noise.
- Ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. Air-conditioning in living area.
- Kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, fridge, air fryer, kettle and pantry.
- Laundry is in the garage and a communal washing line is outside the unit behind the garages.

I have fully furnished the living spaces 🙂

Your bedroom:
The bedroom for rent is bedroom #2 (please see photos). The dimensions are 4.4m x 3m. It has a ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors and its own door to the courtyard. Michael has furnished the room and is happy to leave his furniture for the next person but will also remove it if you have your own things. You will share the bathroom with just one other person (Aleta).

Dealbreakers: Smokers, drugs or people with children. Although we love animals, unfortunately we aren't a pet friendly rental.

Our lease is due to be renewed in May and there will be an increase in rent but we aren't certain of how much yet. If you're keen, please send a message with some information about yourself and we can go from there!
