We are looking for a flatmate to rent one of our share-house rooms. The room (as pictured) has the following features:

• Small Room (priced accordingly)
• 2.7m ceilings (high ceilings)
• Fully Furnished
• Comfortable King Size Single Bed
• Clean and Tidy
The house has the following features:
• Kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, etc
• Laundry room with a washer; dryer
• Dining room with tables and chairs
• Living room with smart TV with 2 x streaming platforms
• Bathroom (seperate room to the toilet)
• Recently landscaped yard; garden for gatherings and our small and very very quite / friendly border collie (whom is an outdoors only dog)
• TOTAL utilities BILLS shared among tenants is $20/week per person (includes water, wifi, electricity, furnishings, regular house & garden maintenance & some streaming platforms on the living room TV)
Currently not wanting to accomodate any more pets or anyone with pets (sorry!)

About the flatmates
My partner (29) and myself (27) both work in finance and live in Ashgrove. We have a large bedroom that we are looking to rent out as it’s currently just a spare room.
We’re looking to rent the room to someone who is tidy and clean.
That is either a young professional, university student, or someone travelling looking for long term accomodation.
Ideally someone who doesn’t mind living in the hustle & bustle of the inner city suburbs

I am originally from Germany and my partner is Australian. We recently renovated our house in Ashgrove and we are looking to rent out a couple of our spare rooms. We Currently live with our flatmate from England (23yo female) and our other flatmate from Germany (19yo female) We’re all very easy going people who enjoy weekend beach trips, going to the gym, and relaxing/unwinding with a good movie. We respect others space and totally understand privacy and downtime is important - but we also are polite, friendly and happy to have a good yarn or chat
