Ashgrove, Brisbane

Rooms available from the 5th of February! Recently (3 years ago) renovated unit located in the heart of Ashgrove, super close to public transport, Woolworths, Coles, and Aldi, gyms and Ashgrove Village.

Both of my lovely roommates are moving upwards in the world, so I’ll be looking to fill 2/3 rooms with other like-minded girls. Rooms are both the same size with a bathroom shared between them. We have a garage on site that would be available for you to park in, as well as off-street visitor parking and plenty on street. Buses to the city are only 20mins, but everything u really need is walking distance. We have a washing machine and back patio for easy drying.

Both rooms have plenty of natural light, split aircon system and fans, one room is facing the sunrise and one is facing the sunset. They all have built in wardrobes with mirrors (as pictured) and beautiful hardwood floors. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. Rooms are unfurnished otherwise, and the girls will be taking a lot of the communal furniture so if you anything you want to bring that would be amazing!
