About the property
Our current housemate is heading back to her hometown, so we’re looking for someone to join our little townhouse and fill the room! The space itself is open, airy and light filled, with a really comfortable, homey feel. The entire place is furnished with the exception of your bedroom.
Location wise, it’s so convenient. We’re a 5min walk to Coles, Woolworths and Aldi, with heaps of other shops, cafes and public transport nearby. We’re also super close to the city, which makes getting around easy.
If you’re looking for a warm, fun, low drama home where everyone feels comfortable, we would love to hear from you 🤍
The room:
You’ll get the second biggest room in the house, with a shared bathroom. There’s also a spare toilet downstairs in the garage, which is super handy, plus your own garage car park.
We’re looking for someone who:
– Is easygoing, respectful and emotionally mature
– Enjoys being friendly and social but values their own space
– Has a secure job or routine
– Is clean, considerate, and communicates well
– Loves dogs (Lola is non negotiable 🫶)

About the flatmates
Welcome 🤍 We're Ash & Jayda, two 27 year old female looking for our new housemate. I work full-time as a PA and Jayda works in eComm. We’re light hearted, social, easygoing + big on good vibes at home, while still really respecting personal space and downtime.
We both love to travel, enjoy a hot girl walk, and like a good balance of going out sometimes and staying in with Uber Eats, movies, or a wine on the couch. Think cosy, comfy, and fun.
We also have Lola our 3yr old frenchie x beagle, who has a big personality and is definitely one of the girls. She’s very loved and will happily join you on walks or cuddle up at home.
