The house is a comfy, modern space with plenty of room to live your own life while still having areas to hang out together. The common areas are bright, well kept, and easy to maintain. We’ve got a good sized living room that’s perfect for chilling, gaming, or having friends over, plus a kitchen that actually makes cooking enjoyable instead of a chore.
There’s air con, solid water pressure, and all the usual appliances ready to go. The place stays cool in summer and warm in winter, and the neighbourhood is quiet enough to relax in but not so dead that you feel isolated.
Your room is spacious enough for a queen bed, desk, and storage without feeling cramped. There’s decent privacy and you’ll never feel boxed in.
We’ve also got two cats, Loki and Chonky, who wander around like tiny kings. They’re friendly, chill, and add to the cosy feel of the place.

Hey! We’re two easygoing housemates looking for someone fun and friendly to join our chill but social home.
You’ll be living with me and Skye. We’ve got a good dynamic here: we chat, we laugh, we invite each other to things, and we give each other space when we need it. No weird house tension. Just good vibes and respect.
Both of us work full time during the week. I usually hit the gym and game at night, and Skye does the same with a little extra fun and chaos sprinkled in. We’re both social people, so we’d love someone who enjoys the occasional hangout or shared meal rather than hiding in their room 24/7.
