Located in the centre of Auchenflower, the train is a 2-3 minute walk away from the flat being only one stop from Toowong and two stops from the city. On top of that, there's plenty of buses around the area, parks and all the neighbours are quiet.
The apartment's living areas are fully furnished, rooms have ceiling fans and there's an air conditioner in the living room. Also included is one on-site parking spot and ample street parking.
On top of that, you have one of the best views of the city from the living room and balcony, which is a big plus!
The room available is at the end of the hall, so is the quietest room with a lovely cross breeze and a nice little nook for a desk!
As for who you may be living with, I'm studying at the moment, but enjoy good chatter so I don't mind if you're quiet or chatty, as everyone likes their privacy! If you have any more questions, please feel free to shoot me a message or text me!

Hey, I'm Ben and I'm 28 years old. I currently work remote and tend to spend my evenings either running or checking out events around the city!
I tend to be pretty quiet at home, I enjoy reading, movies and frequenting cafes to study or just unwind socially.
More than happy to chat or banter or for everyone to stick to themselves, just keen to meet any new potential flatmates!
The other housemate is Yuvraj, who is 23 years old. He tends to come and go a lot for work or his hobbies and is quite the night owl.
The mood of the house will depend on everyone moving in, but ideally would have a house where everyone could get to know each other!
