Serving as a midpoint, tucked between Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Tamborine Mountain, it offers the best of all worlds - with the train station a breezy 10-minute drive and the local centre just five minutes away.
Nestled in an estate that values sustainability and community, the neighbourhood prioritises being environmentally friendly and regularly hosts events for residents to enjoy.
The home itself is warm, fully furnished, and a modern build with plenty of character in the interior design. It would best suit someone who appreciates and respects a well-loved space - live in it, enjoy it, and take care of it.
The master bedroom is private and comfortable, with its own amenities, double power outlets, a double mirrored wardrobe + overhead storage, as well as a dedicated space in the linen cupboard, fridge, and pantry.
*Some shelves are shared for everyday essentials like spices or extra blankets, and you’re more than welcome to use them freely!
There’s also a small communal desk/office space in the living room that anyone is welcome to use during the day as well as nifty outdoor space w/ BBQ.
*We're open to all applications; however leaning more towards women.
Smoking/vaping is also fine, we just ask it is not done inside the house.

G’day, I’m Cassidy.
I’m the homeowner and I’m looking for the right person to take over the master bedroom.
The house is currently shared between:
Myself (late 20's) -singer/singing teacher
Francesco (late 20's) -friendly, easy going guy who works at a local brewery
Ziggy (5) a red-nose pitty who is very much the heart of the home (toilet trained & responds to all commands).
Ziggy (pictured above) and her safety does come first here, so dog lovers are a must.
*We are open to applicants who also have a dog, after a successful meet and greet between the two pups.
Every now and then my dad parks his van out the front when he visits to sort the lawns and use some of the amenities - it’s short-term and not intrusive.
If you’re easy going, respectful, dog-loving, and treat a home like it’s not just four walls, we’ll get along great.
