Hi..I’m a 52 yo part time working health professional, ….I enjoy being outdoors, being in the garden, swimming, anything nature based…one of my fave pastimes is just walking down the road & watching the sunset from Sylvan Beach. I enjoy all the good stuff in life, travel, good coffee, concerts at Sandstone Point & hanging out with my furry friends - there are 2 dogs that sleep outside, so must be ok with dogs….Looking for someone who is respectful of other’s belongings & personal space as I will be to you….I’m flexible with providing furniture for bedroom. If you’ve got your own furniture you want to add to lounge room or spare room that’s fine too. Rent includes internet & water. Split powerbill.
