Bellbird Park, Brisbane

This is a newly renovated home situated in a lovely leafy and quiet spot in Bellbird Park. It is a huge block with lots of backyard and green spaces to relax.

I bought this house roughly a year and a half ago and spent some time doing some updated renovations. The inside of the home has been recently painted with new carpets installed in all of the bedrooms. The loungeroom and kitchen are very spacious and the loungeroom has a cosy fireplace to keep the house warm in winter. The property also has fibre optic internet to the premises for speedy connection. The house itself is fully furnished but the rooms are not.

There are two rooms available, but at this stage, I am just looking for one person to rent one or both rooms to not over crowd the property. Both are full bedrooms with built in wardrobes and both have new carpet.

I also have a friendly dog. Her name is Hazel and she is a three year old springer spaniel who is well trained. She is quiet and friendly, always open for pats, and will spend most of the time chilling on the couch or dozing on the tiles. Unfortunately, she does not get along with cats.

Woolworths, and Goodna train station are a short 5 min drive away.

Brisbane CBD is a 30 min drive away.

Springfield Central is a quick 10 min drive away.

Ipswich CBD is a 20 min drive away.
