Hello, I’m Chelsea, I’m 25yrs old and my housemate Jess is 30.
I own the house and Jess rents a room and we are looking for a second female house mate to live with us who would be sharing a bathroom with Jess.
We both live a pretty chill life so are definitely not a party house, we like going to the gym, watching reality tv and walking our dogs. We have a very clean house and are respectful of each other.
Jess has a Cocker spaniel and I have a dachshund so we wouldn’t want anymore pets but would need someone who likes dogs. Jess is a nurse and I work in marketing so work from home 2-3 days a week.
We are looking for someone likeminded, clean and respectful and ideally who likes dogs.
The rent listed includes internet but the power and water usage we split when this arrives.
