Bathroom and toilet will be shared with other tenants.

Kitchen is fully equipped. There’s space in the kitchen, including fridge/freezer for your supplies. Buy your own food and cook for yourself. You make a mess, you clean the mess.

Laundry has washing machine, and clothes line just out the door.

House has media room, pool table and outdoor area.

Plenty of parking space if you have vehicle/s.

Home is located in a nice quiet cul-de-sac street in Bellmere.

All bedrooms have both sheer and blackout curtains.

The room currently available has 2 single mattresses in it as a trundle bed, so is ideal for 2 people, either a couple or friends.

Share home/room for rent:
1 furnished room available at $275/week for 1 person. $75/week for each extra person.
2 weeks rent will be required as bond.
