Hi there 👋
I have a medium sized room available to rent in my (rented) 3 bedroom home in Boronia Heights. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe and ceiling fan. Large backyard and comfy outdoor seating area. There is air-conditioning in the living room and main bedroom (mine). 1 bathroom with a separate toilet which we will be sharing.
The house is homely and quiet. You will be sharing with me only.
I start work at 8 am, so I would like someone who is quiet in the evenings and not bringing people over or coming and going continuously throughout the night (or gaming/talking on the phone, etc).
On street parking only.
No pets allowed.
I.D. required, and an application form to be filled out for the real estate as an approved tenant (not on the lease) prior to moving in.
If you are independent, have good hygiene, and PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME - don't do drugs or have any mental health issues, get in touch!
Bond is required. 2 weeks in advance, 2 weeks bond for damages.

Working 45 year old female with no kids or pets. I have 2 spare rooms, one is for rent, the other is used as a study. If you are looking for a safe place to come home from work/uni, save money and relax (not a party house) then you will fit right in 😉
I like to leave the house to socialise and keep the home free of drama or negativity. Therefore, I prefer no visitors or overnight stays sorry.
I tend to work, eat, sleep repeat but take about 3 overseas holidays per year to make up for it. Otherwise I'm pretty quiet, in a stable routine and keep the place running.
