About the property
My flat mate is leaving the tenancy February 27th. I would like to renew the lease and continue renting the property, but need someone for the second room (shown).
It’s 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 parking space at $900 a week. The parking space can be rented out at $60pw to other residents in the building, making the rent cheaper if we don’t use it. There is AC/heating but only standing fans in the bedrooms.
It has a washer and dryer, as well as a dish washer.
I’m happy to negotiate the pricing split.
There is a well equiped gym with AC, as well as an outdoor lap pool (overlooking the river and story bridge), jacuzzi, sauna, and BBQ area.
I’m a 26 year old male software engineer, working from home in the other bedroom.
I’m chill, clean, social, and have lived with men and women.
