Hi! My name is Cooper, and I am looking to find someone to take over my lease due to an unforeseen change in circumstances!
Housemates in the property who you will be sharing with are Calvin, a 31 year old engineer and Muhammad, a 25 year old who works in finance! Both are great housemates who are easy to live with.
Current move in date is set for mid-late Feb, but this is subject to change and may be earlier/later (dependent on approval for new rental, but this should be available earlier - feel free to ask for an exact date).
Lease is current to 12/5/2026, at which point a lease renewal would be required - however, I have renewed the lease for 4 years with no issues.
