We have a private room available in our beautiful heritage Home in Brisbane City.

This property has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and each guest is respectful and quiet and we are looking for similar people to stay.

Large kitchen (2 stoves, dry storage, 2 sinks, commercial fridge and freezer), 2 outdoor areas to relax and lounge room. Free washers and dryers. Each room has its own electronic lock and fully private. We prefer at least 3 month stays. Each tenant with rental contract and bond (2 weeks rent).

This is for room 2 – Double bed, own bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). There are 2 shared bathrooms (showers/toilets) at the property as well.

Fully furnished, air con, ceiling fan, 32 inch TV, desk and chair in room. I can provide all linen and towels if needed.

$350 per week (based on 1 person) including ALL utilities (electricity, internet, water and gas). Available now. Extra $50/week for second person.

10 minutes walk to Roma Street Train station.
