We have a room available in our beautiful heritage Home in Brisbane City.

This property has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and each guest is respectful and quiet and we are looking for similar people to stay (currently 9 people staying). We prefer at least 3 month stays. Will be on a proper lease with 2 weeks bond.

This room has a Double bed, own toilet in room per pictures (no shower). There are 2 shared bathrooms (showers/toilets) at the property. Currently only 2 people share each spare bathroom.

Fully furnished air conditioned room with ceiling fan. I can provide all linen and towels if needed.

Room 5 - $325 per week (based on 1 person - $50 extra per week for 2nd person) including all utilities. Electricity, Water, Internet (250mbs speed) etc.

On Upper Roma Street, Brisbane City
5 Minutes walk to Barracks Shopping Centre (Coles)
10 minutes walk to Roma Street Train station.
