About the property
Private bedroom in a peaceful share house located in a secure gated community. The home is two-storey with high ceilings and open living spaces.
You will be sharing the bathroom with one person only.
The community is surrounded by nature — you’ll often see kangaroos, wallabies, lizards and friendly neighbourhood chickens. We also have two gentle, well-behaved poodle dogs who are part of our family. If you’re a dog lover or don’t mind dogs, you’ll fit in perfectly.
The property backs onto the Brookwater Golf Course, perfect if you enjoy golf or the outdoors.
There is also a swimming pool in the community complex, if you feel like cooling down and relaxing after work.
Bus stop right near the community gate, making transport easy.

We like to keep the place nice, clean and tidy, and we hope our new housemate will do the same. It’s appreciated if you don’t mind helping out occasionally, such as light gardening or keeping shared areas neat and clean.
We don’t personally drink alcohol, but we’re totally fine if you do — as long as it’s respectful and drama-free.
