The property is close to shopping facilities and is across the road from a park, there is also a sporting complex nearby as well and it’s only 5mins from Caboolture Hospital, we have a High speed internet connection, air-conditioning, and the house is recognised as mini power station due to the solar system on the roof, so power bills are low to non-existent providing we are smart with our use, so the water bill could be the only bill outside of the rent.
We have a cat, he is an indoor only, he is gentle and cuddly and has never scratched or bit anyone, so we keep doors closed incase he gets adventurous, we also keep him out of the rooms advertised but we can explain that more too the successful applicants.

About the flatmates
I am James, 34yo, I live with my partner in Burpengary, she is a Support Worker. I am currently an Electrician and work local and rural and can be away for periods of time, leaving the other half at home, though recently been home focusing on my health more. I am also an aspiring streamer, but life has been getting in the way, hoping to get more serious this year however, I also run a small poker table once a month with a few friends, and we're always open to socialising. We also have a cat named Sooty he is the nicest cat in the world to humans but he’s not a fan of other animals, since he’s come from a animal crowded family prior to us.
