One Single bed available in SHARED room with Japanese male. Other room has German backpacker.
We have built a fully furnished 2 bedroom unit within our home. You have your own access and rent includes a fortnightly cleaner, all furnishings and utilities (water, electricity, wifi).
There is a courtyard with table and chairs and a BBQ.
The kitchenette doesn’t have an oven but does have air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave and electric frying pan. All crockery and cutlery etc included.
BYO bedding and towels.
No pets. No smokers. Unit not suitable for Children. Rental and employment references required.
Bond will be one week rent upfront.
$180per week in the shared bedroom (two single beds) $300 if you want the room to yourself.
Please note it’s a shared laundry with the rest of the house.

About the flatmates
We have built a two bedroom unit within our home. So we are close by if you need anything but won’t be in your space unless using the shared laundry. There is no access to the rest of the house or the backyard but you do have a courtyard. My family and I love to travel and show people around so if you are looking for ideas on places to go, we can help.
