Very large shower in ensuite. Can park a small/medium car beside garage. Internet speed is satisfactory. All bills split fifty/fifty. Large kitchen so you could bring your own fridge and pantry cupboard. Happy to share use of my 7.5kg washing machine. Some space in garage for storage.
House Gas bottle is $160 and rolls around roughly every 6 months depending on hot water usage. $90 per month for home internet. The solar panels help reduce power bill, Monthly power bill has been about $140 in the past but it's been in credit last few times due to government subsidy. I'm happy to pay fully for one streaming service e.g. Stan/netflix etc.

About the flatmates
40yo male Kiwi. I am amicable with my ex (no vitriol or dramas), we co-parent and I have my kids sleepover two nights a week (more on the odd occasion, like school holidays). I don't smoke. I drink on the odd occasion but very rarely more than a couple drinks. Live a fairly quiet lifestyle and work full-time Monday to Friday. My kids are my top priority and therefore am looking for a female to share the house with who gets along ok with young kids (6yo&8yo). I am offering the master bedroom with ensuite which has aircon and wardrobe. Room for off-street parking of one small car or on-street available for larger vehicle. Room for some storage in the garage. Backyard secure and big enough for a couple of dogs. All Pets welcome. Solar on roof. I enjoy watching rugby league and listening to music (via headphones usually). Kitchen is massive so you can BYO fridge and pantry cupboard (outgoing flatmate is happy to give her fridge to next flatmate). I stay over at my partners 2 nights a week, so you have house to yourself on those nights. If you work afternoon shift you would probably not see a lot of me except on weekends!.
Looking for a person that is respectful, honest, has good communication skills and doesn't mind kids being around some of the time. Someone who has a job, doesn't constantly have visitors and is not a party animal. Honestly don't care if you are straight, gay, bi, asexual etc, it does not matter.
