What’s required for be an ideal tenant ?? You have to be clean and must respect that’s it’s a shared home and you must respect other tenants . Must pay rent in time , two weeks up front rent and 2 weeks bond . Room available now would prefer longer term tenant no people on government benefits must be working
The house is at a new Eastate central springs at Caboolture 4510 sorry no animals or young children due to people doing shift work

Hi I’m down to earth and very clean the house is a new property with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms it’s a quite area u will live here with me my husband we hope soon the other rooms will be filled .The room is furnished we would like someone that is clean and keeps the property clean 330 is only for one single person a room would love some one that wants long term .And sorry no kids as we are all shift workers
