I currently have 2 rooms available. I have a housemate who’s moving out in January-feb and when they do I’ll have 3 spare rooms, 1 with an ensuite and and the other 2 share a bathroom plus there’s a half bathroom downstairs. There will be 1 garage spot available when the housemate moves out.
$265 per week, all bills included + access to the complex’s’ gym,ducted air-conditioner, a ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.
It’s walking distance to town and a bus stop as well as being situated in a nice community.
Across the road from a small park and a small walk to a large park.
I’m a gamer (27) and spend most of my time in my room, relatively quiet. I can keep to myself but I love a good chat.
I don’t smoke and I don’t have parties but small gatherings is fine if you like. :)
My 2 small sausage dogs are friendly, well trained and love to be loved.

About the flatmates
We are 2 childcare workers I’m 27 and my female housemate is 26. We are living in a modern townhouse that I purchased brand new 4 or so years ago. We are ideally looking for woman (with a sausage dog) to complete the house dynamic but anyone is welcome to apply.
We spend the majority of our time in our rooms but we don’t mind a good chat!
