We have two standard rooms available in Calamvale. House is 3 mins walking distance to bus stop (Route 150/153) and 5 mins walking distance to Sunnybank hills shopping center and Calamvale center. House is fully furnished and including bills and Wi-Fi. Rent is $200 per week including internet, gas, water and electricity. Two weeks bound required ($400). No pets in the house. Feel free for inspection.
