It must be noted that all bills are split equally among whomever is in the home. Electricity, water and wifi costs are divided by tenants and overseen by myself to real estate. You receive these bills via email, so, there’s no room for misunderstanding between tenants in relation to costs- except Wifi which is under my name.

Hi, I’m Mia! I’m a gal in my 20’s looking for 1-2 more people to join my lease on my two story home from now until February 2027 (or beyond this, if you love the place as I do). I rent this home and I’m really happy here.
Every bill is split evenly based on however many people are in the home. You would be getting your own room with a shared bathroom upstairs with whoever else is in the home. There’s another bathroom downstairs, too, which is more shared among whoever is downstairs at the time/ guests/ etc. Can be made private if you so wish :)
The kitchen has pretty much everything one may need. The living room and dining room are furnished. The bedrooms all have a bed in them that I don’t mind what you do with- can be kept and used or stored downstairs in garage. They all have built-in wardrobes in them.
I keep to myself but don’t mind the occasional chat in shared spaces. I have a large dog- so don’t allow other pets unfortunately. He’s very sweet- but fair warning- he’s a bit slobbery!
I’m pretty chill, break something? Let me know and we’ll find a way to work it out. Our neighbors are lovely, too.
I just ask that you don’t damage the home and you are clean. I ask that you clean the kitchen after use, maintain your own room and shared bathrooms between yourselves. If you’d like to do more - great - I don’t mind either way. I like a podcast in my ear and cleaning on the weekend.
This is not a party house but I don’t mind friends over for a drink if given ample warning.
The other housemate is a girl in her 20's too. We don't mind gender, age, etc. joining us.
