Hi, I’m Mia! I’m a gal in my 20’s looking for 2-3 people to join my lease on my two story home from Jan/ Feb 2026-2027 (or, potentially longer). I rent this home and I’m really happy here. I can take x1 person now, and others when the lease renews in aforementioned dates.

Every bill is split evenly based on however many people are in the home. You would be getting your own room with a shared bathroom upstairs with whoever else is found on Flatmates. There’s another bathroom downstairs, too.

I have two spaces for parking in the garage but I’ve also bought car covers for ones parked outside in the event of a storm.

The kitchen has pretty much everything one may need. The living room and dining room are furnished. The bedrooms all have a bed in them that I don’t mind what you do with. They all have built-in wardrobes in them.

I keep to myself but don’t mind the occasional chat in shared spaces. I have a large dog- so don’t allow other pets unfortunately. He’s very sweet- but fair warning- he’s a bit slobbery!

I’m pretty chill, break something? Let me know and we’ll find a way to work it out. Our neighbours are lovely, too.

I just ask that you don’t damage the home and you are clean. I clean the floors weekly and do the yard as needed.

I ask that you clean the kitchen after use, maintain your own room and shared bathrooms between yourselves. If you’d like to do more - great - I don’t mind either way. I like a podcast in my ear and cleaning on the weekend.

This is not a party house but I don’t mind friends over for a drink if given ample warning.
