3-bedroom townhouse located 5 minutes from Woolworths and 10 minutes from Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown.
I have the master bedroom with an ensuite, and I’m looking to fill one of the other bedrooms. You’ll have your own main bathroom, and there’s also a downstairs toilet, so there are three toilets in total.
There is a third bedroom that will remain spare and won’t be rented out, so the home will be shared with just you and me. You can choose which of the bedrooms you want.
I have a very sweet cat named Avalanche, so this home is best suited to someone who loves cats
My current housemate is moving out and most of the furniture was hers (except the couch). If you already have furniture, you’re welcome to bring it along. Otherwise, I’m happy to purchase new furniture. You will need to furnish your own room
Also there’s a pool in the complex!
