About the property
This is a three bedroom unit located at the back of a unit complex. The area is very quiet and backs onto an empty plot of grass. There is a bus stop located very close and the Calamvale Marketplace is walking distance with a Woolies and pharmacy. Each room has a lockable door to the backyard, which is also fully fenced with padlocked gates. The inside door to the bedroom is also lockable.
The bathroom would be shared with just myself and has a bathtub/shower. We also have our own washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, air fryer and large TV as shown in the pictures !
We currently have multiple cats on the property so cannot have any other pets move in, I’m sorry :(
We’re an easygoing household who prefer to calmly discuss any conflicts that may pop up. Chores are split up evenly between housemates, including lawn work. The water & electricity bills come in every three months, roughly $100-150 depending on usage, internet bill is $28 every month.
We’re looking for someone to move in ASAP as the current tenant for that room is moving out. Please message me if interested and we can set up a time to see the property and meet everybody! :)

Hello! My name is Grace, I’m 22 years old. I enjoy baking, reading and playing games in my spare time and am a student studying childcare. I enjoy quiet and peace in my house :)
The other housemates are Mia & Louis. They share the master bedroom and are both 21. Mia is a uni student studying psychology and works part time and also enjoys reading in her spare time. Her partner Louis works full time and goes to gym.
We all mainly spend time to ourselves but enjoy hanging out and having a chat together still! There are also multiple cats who are all very friendly and sweet :)
