About the property
This is great place that’s close to shops, including Central Park Shopping Centre, Sunnybank Hills Shopping Town, and Calamvale Central. Public transport also close by, with 130 + 131 & 132 buses (131 & 132 are express and only take ~ 30-35 mins to get to the city). It’s only about a 7-minute walk to the bus stop. There’s also plenty of restaurants and places to eat around the area.
The room is open and airy. Plus, your room has a pretty great view! You’ll also have your own bathroom.
Parking is either in the driveway or in the visitor parking or on-street (whatever suits you).
Bills will be split between us; internet, monthly, and electricity, gas, and water quarterly.
Kitchen, living room, laundry, and outdoor area will be shared between us. I’ve got pots and pans and crockery, plus fridge, microwave, and washing machine. You’re more than welcome to use them, of course! I’ve also got a dining table, couch, and TV as part of our shared spaces. :)
Open to anyone with cats, as I’m also thinking of getting one of my own (but I’m also happy if you prefer not living with pets).
