I am 51 I work long hours I keep the place quiet , clean and tidy I do have a significant other that does stay over at times also teenage son that sometimes stays over .the place has a pool . The power will be worked out on weekly average. It is close too 2 shopping centres and stores .. just looking for someone who is happy to do there own thing and interact accordingly to a generally quiet place .
