Currently the only other housemate is a quiet Vietnamese girl in one of the other bedrooms.
House is fully furnished, including all bedrooms.
Rent includes electricity, water and NBN internet (500/50 speed)
The property is located in a nice neighbourhood with lots of nature, whilst still being close to the shopping centre.
There is air con in every room (4 bedroom aircons + 1 in living room + 1 in dining room), so it's nice and cool.
There are large wardrobes in every room.
All rooms come with individual locks.
House is located in Chapel Hill.
4 x weeks bond (submission through the RTA, we don't hold onto the bond.
